The organizer is the China Instrument Society, and the organizer is the Scientific Instrument Academic Working Committee of the China Instrument Society; Environmental and Safety Testing Instruments Branch of China Instrument and Instrumentation Society; Agricultural Instrument Application Technology Branch of China Instrument and Meter Society; Application Technology Branch of Inspection and Quarantine Instruments of China Instrumentation Society; Medical Instrument Branch of China Instrument and Meter Society; Analytical Instruments Branch of the Chinese Instrument and Meter Society; The Near Infrared Spectroscopy Branch of the Chinese Instrumentation Society (under preparation), supported by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China, and the China Association for Science and Technology.
