Fault phenomenon: The temperature value changes too much
Fault analysis:
The wiring terminals of the instrument temperature module are corroded. After connecting the factory tested temperature sensor, the communication is normal when powered on, and there is a temperature response. The temperature response is normal, and there is no user feedback fault. However, the wiring terminals of the temperature module are severely corroded, and it is recommended to replace the temperature module.
Recommended measures:
Improper sealing of the instrument can cause water vapor to invade the interior of the casing, affecting the performance of the instrument. It is recommended that customers ensure proper sealing protection according to requirements.
Fault analysis:
The appearance of the instrument is normal, and the powered meter head shows:
ANLOG SET， Verified user feedback malfunction, due to an output of -0.993kPa under normal pressure, which was lower than 4mA output. During leak testing, it was found that the high-pressure side valve seat was leaking. During disassembly, it was found that the high-pressure side valve seat was stuck and could not be removed. After replacing the factory test flange, the accuracy was calibrated according to the nameplate range, and it was normal. The flange was damaged and needs to be replaced.
Recommended measures:
The equipment is calibrated by the factory. After installation, it is recommended to immediately perform zero point calibration on the gauge and differential pressure transmitters to eliminate errors caused by installation position or static pressure effects. Zero point calibration can be done using on-site handheld communicators or configuration buttons.

The customer accidentally dropped the TREX instrument panel to the floor, and the board inside the instrument panel was damaged. The board needs to be repaired and replaced.
